Introduction
NKES High School organized an innovative and interactive exhibition titled “Garza Maharashtra Maza” based on the theme “Learn, Earn & Spend.” The exhibition aimed to provide a fun-cum-learning experience where students explored various subjects creatively while developing life skills such as observation, reasoning, and responsibility.

Concept and Execution

1. Learn
The exhibition was designed with five themed rooms, each focusing on different educational areas such as science, mathematics, art, and general knowledge. Each room presented three engaging topics through charts, models, and demonstrations. Visitors rotated between rooms, observed, and interacted with the presenters who explained the concepts with enthusiasm and confidence.

2. Earn
After visiting a room, students picked a random number (from 1 to 150) and answered a related question. A correct answer earned them a coupon. Students could earn up to five coupons from the five rooms. Those who earned all five received an extra bonus coupon. This system encouraged attentive learning, curiosity, and active participation.

3. Spend
The coupons earned were redeemable in two exciting areas:
- Fun Zone: Consisted of games, rides, and creative activities.
- Food Zone: Offered delicious snacks and healthy treats.
Through this idea, students experienced the concept of earning and spending wisely, linking learning with practical understanding.

Movie Zone (Value-Based Learning)
A Movie Zone added a unique dimension to the event. Students watched an Indian-value-based short film and later answered ten questions (five per student in pairs). Correct answers earned coupons, while partially correct ones were rewarded with chocolates. The coupons earned here were also valid in the Fun and Food Zones.

Post-Exhibition Activity
On the following day, students wrote a movie review in three languages — English, Hindi, and Marathi. This activity enhanced their reflection skills, language proficiency, and moral understanding while promoting multilingual expression.

Educational Impact and Benefits
The exhibition introduced a reward-based learning model that connected knowledge, effort, and reward in an enjoyable way. Students learned teamwork, communication, and decision-making while building confidence and creativity.

Key Benefits:
- Encouraged hands-on learning and active participation.
- Promoted financial and value-based understanding.
- Fostered team spirit and leadership qualities.
- Enhanced language and presentation skills.
- Created cultural awareness and pride in Maharashtra’s heritage.

Conclusion
The “Garza Maharashtra Maza” Exhibition was a grand success. It beautifully blended learning with enjoyment, offering students a chance to learn, earn, and spend in a practical and joyful manner. The event reflected the school’s commitment to innovative education and holistic development.
