Report on Teachers’ Day Programme

The Teachers’ Day Programme at NKES High School, Wadala, was held on 15th September at 11:00 a.m. in the school auditorium with great enthusiasm and reverence. The event was organised by grade 10 and grade 9 Class teachers . It was  graced by the Principal Smt. Nitina Shukla, Supervisor Shri Prakashchandra  Bangera , Management members, and authorities of NKES group of Institutions.
The programme began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the dignitaries, followed by a soulful prayer by the school choir which set a serene tone for the celebration.
Sakshi Yadav of class 10 B delivered a heartfelt speech on the significance of Teachers’ Day, expressing gratitude towards teachers for their tireless dedication and guidance. This was followed by a colourful dance performance by the Secondary Section, which added vibrancy and charm to the celebration.
Next, the Principal, Smt. Nitina Shukla, delivered the welcome address, extending warm wishes to the teachers and motivating the students with her encouraging words.
A special felicitation ceremony was organised to honour the teachers of Grade 10 for their commendable achievement of producing 100% results. Teachers and non-teaching staff who had completed 25 years of dedicated service were also felicitated, acknowledging their long-standing contribution to the institution.
The highlight of the event was the announcement of Excellency Awards by Shri Anant Banwasi sir, recognising outstanding efforts of teachers. This was followed by an inspiring speech by Smt. Padmaja Banwasi madam, who appreciated the relentless efforts of teachers in shaping young minds.
The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Priya teacher, expressing gratitude to all dignitaries, teachers, staff, and students for making the event successful. The celebration came to a close with the rendition of the National Song, filling the atmosphere with patriotic fervour.
The Teachers’ Day Programme was a memorable and respectful tribute to the guiding lights of NKES High School.
