“Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” Campaign

To promote environmental awareness and to honour the selfless love of mothers, NKES
High School successfully organized the “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” campaign in the school
premises. The event was jointly coordinated by the Eco Club and the School Management.
Students participated enthusiastically by planting saplings in the name of their mother,
symbolizing their love and gratitude. The campaign aimed to instill in students a sense of
responsibility towards nature while also recognizing the invaluable role of mothers in
nurturing life.
The event concluded with a short address by the Principal, who appreciated the students’
efforts and encouraged them to continue such green initiatives. Overall, the campaign was
a heartfelt tribute to motherhood and a strong step towards a greener future.
