1. Welcome & Introduction (5 min)
- Brief speech by coordinator, highlighting Er. Kasat’s background (B.E., M.Tech, X years industry experience, founder of [startup]).
2. Interactive Talk (45 min)
- Career Pathways After 10th: Science, Commerce, Arts, Vocational streams.
- Emerging Fields: Renewable energy, AI/ML, IoT, Civil‑Infrastructure, Entrepreneurship.
- Skill Gaps & How to Bridge:Online certifications (Coursera, SWAYAM), project‑based learning, internships.
3. Q&A (30 min)
- Students asked about *JEE vs. Diploma*, *NEET eligibility*, B.Voc courses, *skill‑based jobs*, *scholarships*.
- Er. Kasat shared real‑life examples, admission timelines, and importance of *aptitude + interest alignment*.
4. One‑on‑One Mini‑Counselling (30 min)
- 15 students (pre‑selected based on questionnaire) got 2‑minute personalized guidance on stream selection.
5. Feedback & Closing (10 min)
- Handed out summary sheet orally (career options chart, website links, upcoming webinars).
- Vote of thanks by class teacher.
