Empowering Young Voice : NKES at the 10th National Cyber Psychology Conference

On January 9, 2026, nine students from Nkes school attended the 10th National Cyber Psychology Conference at We School, Mumbai . Organized by Responsible Netism, The event's theme, "Being Responsible Netizens," focused on empowering "Gen Alpha" as positive influencers in the digital world.
A Proud Moment for NKES
A highlight of the conference was the participation of Mst. Saurabh Gupta, after being nominated by the school and clearing an online interview with the Responsible Netism team, Saurabh represented the student community on a national stage.
Saurabh joined a Fire-side Chat titled " Building Trust & Safety in Technology with Google". Sharing the stage with Norman Ng (Head of APAC Trust & Safety, Google) and Unmesh Joshi (Co-founder, Ahaan Foundation), Saurabh served as a student moderator. Rather than presenting a topic, he asked insightful questions to Norman Ng on behalf of all participants, addressing critical concerns about cybercrime and how students can stay secure online.
A Learning Experience
The attending NKES students witnessed a day filled with student-led project demos, discussions on AI, and a "Gamers Room" chat. This conference proved that our students are not just tech-savvy but are ready to lead the conversation on digital well-being.
